Website Maintenance & Support Plans

The web is constantly updating itself and your code needs to be updated as well. After your website or app is built, it must be kept up-to-date to prevent security vulnerabilities and keep it working as intended as the web updates around it.

As a web development company, Buink offers several levels of support (dart, arrow, missile) that can accommodate the speed of support and website maintenance your project requires. Each level has two prices depending on the type of asset (platform or custom) you’re looking to maintain. WordPress Maintenance and Shopify Support are less expensive because they’re also actively supported by the platform provider. Support for custom projects are a little bit more expensive because it requires a higher level of skill. Examples of custom projects are Laravel Maintenance, NodeJS Support, Vue Support, or React Support.

The prices below are per month on a month-to-month contract. You could also opt for an annual contract for a 10% discount.

Paper

$0/month for platform assets.
$0/month for custom assets.

  • We love to support all our code and even other code that relates to our skillset.
  • Updates and fixes provided at our standard hourly rates. 
  • Some projects may not qualify or may require a setup fee and improvements before support can begin.

This free plan is nice for low priority projects, but doesn’t ensure we have the resources on hand to help in a timeframe that is necessary for your project. See additional contracts below for more business critical web assets.

Dart

  • Yearly updates to the underlying packages and plugins to keep the codebase active, fresh, and up-to-date.
  • Email support response within 3 business days.
  • Updates and bug fixes started within 15 business days.
  • Up to 4 hours per month from a developer.**
  • Emergency updates for security purposes.
  • Fixes related to broken functionality.

Arrow

  • Quarterly updates to the underlying packages and plugins to keep the codebase active, fresh, and up-to-date.
  • Email support response within 2 business days.
  • Updates and bug fixes started within 10 business days.
  • Up to 16 hours per month from a developer. **

  • Monthly error monitoring.
  • Code backups.
  • Database backups.

Bullet

  • Up to 33 hours per month from a developer. **

Missile
